The most important part of encouraging return sales is to give your customers something to come back by making sure that your service or product is up to scratch . Also, you should build a good relationship with your customers by making them feel that you are paying them special, personal attention. Another great way to encourage customers back to your business is to incentivize them loyalty cards and deals that offer discounts and special offers. Finally, you should handle complaints and negative feedback as bad customer service can be a huge black mark against a business.

First off, you need to know you product that your selling in and out. Secondly, always be pleasant, energetic and more over a good listener. While you escort your customers in your showroom, try to have good relevant conversation with them, which would lead them to open up and be friendly. Say a story or two. Create that personal bond with every walk in customer. Serve them well. Give a warm and good farewell when they leave the store which will surely make them come back and also they will for sure recommend your business to all their network. Word of mouth has alot of power in running a business.
