I have a plan to export dresses to Dubai, can i want to know its formalities and procedures?

Did you please advice the HS code of the product?  and from Which country?  let's assume you are importing 62041200 - Cotton textile material from India in this case you have to submit following document for clearing the goods from Dubai port, Commercial INV, Packing list, COO, BL - 2 Original and all other document are required in original as well.

Process for clearance: Once goods reached at port of Discharge submit BL to the shipping line and process DO, once you received the DO handover the documents (INV, COO, BL) to any forwarder or clearing agent (agent can also do DO collection on your behalf), also provide the HS CODE to the agent they will process the clearance through and share you the Bill of entry upon paying the duty (Normally duty will be 5% of CIF) once BOE is done you can get the goods out from the port to your Importer premises. here in Dubai, almost all the clearance activities are done through online normally it will take max 48 Hrs to release the goods from the port if there are no issues.
