Working in Quality control laboratory of a manufacturing company, we had a gas pipeline leakage. A pressure controller connected to multiple gas cylinders was malfunctioning. We needed to get it replaced immediately to continue with the laboratory tests. Our, maintenance team contacted a gas agency and got the pressure regulator replaced within an hour. The best part of it was, the gas agency kept the documentation and billing part for a later stage, and got the work done. We were finally able to restart with the laboratory testing work.
