Yes, I believe that people change but either grow up or grow down

People who can learn and stop doing or repeating mistakes will change positively and grow up, this can happen either by their own free will or by the pressure of circumstances.

On the other hand, people who love repeating their mistakes and either too shy or arrogant enough not to learn will not change qualitatively but may change quantitatively, meaning to grow down if it is precise to say so.

Yes, Salam, I do.  

People either change because circumstances around them push them to do so, or because they themselves want to change the circumstances around them.  In both cases, change becomes a factor in the increase of knowledge, maturity, responsibility, personal awareness, and wisdom.  I think that 'growing up' is the operative word here since human beings do not regress from change yet they move forward regardless of whether change emenates through accomplishments, successes, failures or mistakes.

I not only believe but practically prove by implementing a Behavioral base safety mangement system and successfully change the peoples behaviors and improve the site results almost zero lost time injuries for consective three years.
