You should first know if there are rules for determining your salary based on the number of years of experience or skills and courses gained These rules are supposed to apply to all employees of the company In the case of small enterprises or the lack of rules often depends on the strength of argument and evidence you have such as proving the value of the last salary in the company where you were working previously

You can do some market analysis by checking websites and friends/colleges on salary range for your experience. If you are already getting less, then you can ask based the trend. If you are already getting the same, then you can leave it to them. If you demand more, then they may put your offer on hold and start finding better person ones..
