As a project manager, what is your first objective: revenue and profit or quality?

I am convinced that the qualitty is tthe base you can make revenue and profit.

Profit 

Revenue/ profit can be genrate automatically when is safety/ Quality is remarkable.

Good Quality ---> (i) Less Rework ----> Reduced cost and increased profit

                             (ii) Customer Trust & Satisfaction ----> Repeat Customer and positive feedbacks further consolidate your business

Thus concentrating on Quality will increase your profit and revenue

first quality,then profit.quality brings profit

i agreed about the quality is directly proportional to the profit.

Quality within assigned budget.

I belive it all depends on the credo we employ, both the lender and a customer will look forward  profit , as a project managers we have to favor both side unless it will not be the fruitful business , The employement of quality terms in most aspects will flourish the business, which I presume will result in bolstered commerce,

Quality is the key for making your product reliable which will lead for profit, but you have to take in consideration the level of quality which the market needs and customers can pay for.

Quality is paramount without a doubt. No compromise can be made with quality. Though the standards of quality largely depend on the requirements of client. If the work quality fits the requirements of the clients, focus should be kept on controling the cost of the work to generate as much as profit as possible
