Everything will be settled and be heard once everybody will sit down and discuss about the concerns of each of the employees. The most important thing here is to establish communication and chanelling a healthy communication will result to a healthy relationship as well. Once the problems are identified they are easy to be given solutions that are beneficial for the company and the employees. Any untoward problems will also be prevented. In this way, biases and injustices in the workplace if there are will be treated properly.
It is best for the interest of the company to sit down and talk to these employees. There might be some issues and concerns that these employees are left unaddressed, and the management should do something to it in a manner of bargaining agreement where both employees and the company can meet in the middle.
In most cases, what causes to the mass resignations of the employees are the big changes that the company makes especially if it involves their salary. However, the company must also question and ask the management or the direct reports of these employees how the changes was relayed and explained to them.
