In tough times, it is important to keep the team motivated because members have doubts and stresses.  Hence the team leaders must understand the situation and work side by side with the staff to achieve potentials and grow as a team, achieving the targets on a daily basis and removing any problem areas existing whether it is in the person delivery area or a general area.  this builds the individual self=esteem as well and confidence is boosted up with relationships becoming greater and sharing is easy too.
