To be a "Diplomatic Manager" is best in a sense that he has ability to transform himself very quickly with the situation.

A rigid Manager cannot handle situations which keeps changing.

An easygoing manage has always tough time from his juniors/subordinates when he needs tough decisions in favor of either employees or a company/Organization.
