I seem our employees can express their will such ways. 01. Tell a Supervisor:

One of the most straightforward ways to express your unhappiness is to let your supervisor know. Give some specific reasons why you are not happy at work and ask your supervisor for help with the situation. An understanding supervisor may help mentor you to make your job more interesting and engaging, suggest taking some time off, or adjust your responsibilities so they better match your skills.

02. Talk to Human Resources

When your unhappiness is due to a conflict with your supervisor or part of his management style that you believe is not healthy for you and the rest of your department, the human resources department is the best place to go to express your dissatisfaction. Unhappiness due to difficulties with coworkers can also be addressed through human resources. Set up an appointment to talk with a human resources employee about the problems you have been experiencing, taking care to present clear, objective evidence rather than heated emotional arguments.

03. Create Solutions

Rather than complaining about your work, channel your unhappiness positively to create solutions to your workplace problems. Present these proposals to your supervisor as a way to tell her about the problem and solution all at once. For example, if you are unhappy because you believe you are doing more work than others in your department, outline the jobs that you think would tie in better with a specific coworker's skill set and job description.

04. Quit

As a last resort, quit to get the message across loud and clear. Of course, this comes at a cost because you will not be eligible to collect unemployment. Therefore, if you are considering quitting, line up another job first or have a good cushion of savings. Most employers conduct an exit interview before any employee leaves, so take this time to go on record with the reasons you were not satisfied with the job. The employer will likely take these into account to make employees happier and more likely to stay in the future.

Trade union is a strong option if supported by national laws.

But business owners are usually no fans of it :)
