Foodborne illness have two types of diseases issued through eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water.
First type is Acute diseases, symptoms appeared after agent ingestion max. 24 hrs. Commonly we called it Food poisoning which can be divided into infection and intoxication and toxi-infection.
Second type is chronic which need cumulative effect of disease agents.
