You can be an oldman in your 20's. You can be young when you're 70.

Psychological age matters a lot. In my career I had subordinates over 50 and over 60 - and they were no worse than the young ones.

Anyway, you shouldn't judge people just on their passport age.

I'm not agree to keep any one if he lose his creativity in the competitive market without any dependence of the age

For some roles, it may be true. But my experience has seen people who have entered their 50s or even 60s perform to their full potential and turn-up to be the real deal!

Age is only a number. As long as you feel taking the challenge it means you are still alive and worth your know/how. Expertise is something you do not buy but you build it on. Every day is a new opportunity. The day you feel like not taking a chance it will be the day your pension plane starts calling upon you.

Judging basis the age questions your potentials basically, judgement should be basis the performance and Ideas of the employees towards the growth of the company.
