Don't think problems as problems look at in a broad manner it is an opportunity to learn when your learning from the problem it will last life long, don't think big solutions for bigger problems think in such way that there is always a small solution for the bigger problem.

For solving the problem you can use techniques like why-why analysis,  there is TQM technique as well. once you solved the problem make sure it has been arrested and do the corrective action as well.

Whenever your doing a correction always try to do corrective action as well.

We can solve problems by prioritising and using machines for the tasks, also motivating the workers.
