What do you think about this phrase: Good negotiators are born. why?

Actually Sir, I don't believe in that phrase because everybody start his/ her life as childhood in which his/her life started in learning. No individual was born automatically a good negotiator.It is only developed.

Negotiation is  a mixture of leadership capability to move ahead and to see the bigger picture. Further, negotiation skill  is fine tuned  through education and  training.

Yes, I believe in this say, Negotiation is one of leadership skills and born with leader.

Good negotiators are born, it is like someone in position of controlling the price of a certain product and someone else was negotiating with him the price; and the person who is in control of the price couldn't argue more with the other guy, so he or she would say that. Why, because the business proposal were not strong enough I believe.

I am sorry i would like to react to this. Negotiation is a skill and anyone can develop this by practicing and learning.
