In my previous organization we used some feedback count details called as CSAT & DSAT.CSAT-Customer satisfactions, DSAT- Dissatisfaction.In CSAT we used rating points 1-10 and depend the rating point we reach customers and help them to their needs.if we received any DSAT we will directly co-ordinate the customer through phone(or) mail within a hour.
