NO I dont agree. If you fail - you might learn that you are better off changing the way you approach a problem. Sometimes you need to know when to cut your looses and try from a different angle

Falling down and staying down for sometime is good, because that is the time when we can think what went wrong and then its important to stand again before people forget you, but yes falling down and staying there forever is a failure.
