Thanks
Well, I have to discuss him-her and stand on results of why S-he says so, in this case such employees feel negatively so I need to turn this kind of feeling into positive feelings and let him-her participate me in decisions making
It's simple - you continue doing a great job as a manager and eventually - everyone would be forced to notice. Actions always speak louder than words!
I will continue doing a great job and proving him and anybody else that I am a good manager.
I will still treat him right as an employee and remain very professional with him.
My actions will speak for me.
Thank you for the invitation
I agreed with M.r Ali Ahmad
Your primary role as a responsible manager is to get results through others which requires continuous efforts to build trust and common understanding towards achieving organizational goals. Searching for the root cause of such challenging situation is the first step in tackling it. Self-awarness would be key in case you are underestimating your team or treating them badly.
Thank you for the invitation .. He proves the contrary through my work
Agree with Mr. Omar on his answer
Simply ignore him. Keep shining and rising. Do your best. Ultimately he will avoid doing so or will be eradicated from there by himself.
