How do I improve my convincing skills in order to get my ideas across well and effectively?

Practice elevator pitch - try to sum up whatever idea or thought you might have on any topic in 30 seconds - that is how much time you will one day have with the top manager of your company  to make your point ;) If you can make a convincing argument in 30 seconds you will have it in five minutes as well.

I Think there is 2 important things an individual must have if he likes to convince someone : 

1-he must have Self-Confidence

2-he must overpower and control his ideas and defend them using good arguments.

There are three steps through which you can convince someone effectively

PERSUADING involves being able to convince others to take appropriate action. NEGOTIATING involves being able to discuss and reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. INFLUENCING encompasses both of these.

look a positive reaction when you want to convene some one or some thing ,it most important

that you pay attention to know the person responds to something you said.,check the smile in response

to some thing you said.capitaliezed on the positivity.by emphasizing that concept more.if you notice

the person eyes light up when you mention the  cruise. develop deeper into that subject and its

benefits.

you should believe on your ability and knowledge that enhance your self confidant ,and you must be organized and recognized what is your certain targit 

In order to improve your convincing skills and highlight your ideas you should: first of all to be so confident in yourself and trust in your competencies, second you must set a plan and organise in your mind how i should start and to end the discussion. Third, body language is crucial ; you ought to interact with your arguments in order to attract the others, Fourth you have to train yourself and make some simulations with your friends so that you can perfom better and finaly you can listen to some lectures and some famous people

you must have complete knowledge about it, which you are going to convince to others.

when you have knowledge, you will be confident in convincing other,  and rest of techniques are good if you want to learn about communication skills. 

By working on your soft skills and enhancing communication skills.

  Practice seeing things from the other person’s view point .  Talk About the 

   things that they desire and enjoy.

This is an effective strategy because:

  A) Each of us spends% of our time thinking about ourselves.

 B) Everyone is interested in the things they want, but few really care about 

      the things you want.

 C) People aren’t interested in me, they don’t care about you they’re

      interested in themselves.

By being  straight forward and bold with all the ideas you are putting a cross.
