Did you know that using DATA VALIDATION you can create a scroll down list of choices ?

Ya sure,, Stand in the cell where you want to create your drop down list then go to Data tab then Data validation. A Data validation box appears to you then you can chose from setting, Allow drop down box List then go down to Source and select the required cells where your data of the drop down list are, then click on Ok. Its there

1. select the cell that you want to have a lit of option inside.
2. go to Data tab > then in Data Tools click Data Validation
3. in Data Validation box under Allow part choose List
4. in the Data field select the range that holds the items that you want.
5. click ok
6. done :)
