I have to discuss the matter with him , to know the exact reasons for these bad results in order to cooperate with him to overcome these reasons in the near future.

Know the reasons that led to these results and try to remedy, then strengthen the employee repeats if did not respond to it is unworthy of the job.

Naturally, no one wants to work with difficult people, bad resulted people. When dealing with problematic employees, productivity decreases, frustrations rise, morale goes down and customers and vendors get upset.

1-Provide fundamental training as per job specifications.

2-Research & Note problems personally.

3-Help the bad resulted employees to get back on track.

4-If all else fails, termination may necessary.
