Having high metabolism does not mean that people do not get obese, because it isn't the only factor contributing to weigh, a person's lifestyle also interferes with their weight

Weight loss and the secrets of metabolism

Weight loss, what is the relationship of metabolism or metabolism to loss of fat and then weight loss and slimming? Does increasing metabolism mean starting fat loss? These are important weighting questions that we answer and others here in the following lines.

Firstly, in response to a question, does increasing metabolism mean starting fat loss?

"Your metabolic process may be slow but not all the blame here is on genes or genetic factors. Obesity is not inevitable; everyone, regardless of age, weight, or shape, has the capacity to increase metabolism or metabolism. The process of fragmentation of proteins, carbohydrates and fats; to save energy that the body needs to maintain itself, the metabolic rate depends on the interaction between the number of calories we consume and the number of calories we burn based on our genetic installation .

The question is: How can we increase metabolism?

What can be done about genetic factors is not much; they only contribute 5% of the total daily caloric intake; which means that the best way to stimulate the metabolism is to increase the body's need for energy, the body can burn calories either fat or protein or Carbohydrates, of course, rather than us burning calories from fat, but the body is not wasteful it burns fat only when it needs energy.

It is difficult to exercise all the time, especially when we stay in the office all day. Fortunately, the body needs more energy at other times, such as during the first 1 or 2 hours after intensive exercise; Such as interval training and weight lifting. This is called by the effect of "the next burn" and can last up to 24 hours. Endurance exercises with heavier loads than usual also exhaust energy.

Simply increasing the muscles supports the body's energy needs; each pound (an English weight unit equivalent to 453 grams) plus a load of muscle can burn up to 50 extra calories; just to keep it up; this burn is done without any effort on our part, Increase your metabolic process by eating foods that need to be digested and metabolized by additional energy such as proteins. Here, I know that your body burns twice as much calories in digesting high protein foods than high carbohydrate or fat foods.

The previous answer is complete nonsense, where did you study science? Regardless of the speed of your metabolism, if your calorie intake is higher than that of your basal metabolic rate you will gain weight.
