Role in financial planning and organizational structure of the salary scale and control?

Very important role while making the financial planning and organizational structure whatever the salary scale you would like to set in the organization will definately effect the Financial Planning and Organizational Structure.  If the salary scale is low you might can save the money but can not make sure that it will add value in structure a good organization.  I must say ithat this is a very important and criticall question indeed.

دور المالية في تخطيط الهيكل التنظيمى و سلم الرواتب والرقابة عليها علاقة طردية ومهمة للغاية حيث ان الهيكل التنظيمي يتبعها الرواتب وكذلك الرقابة فكل ذلك يتوقف على امكانيات وقدرات المنظمة ماديآ وهو اساس المنظمة القائمة علية تلك الامور وبترتيب تدريجي وطردي

واحب ان اضف لهذا فإنه عندما يزيد حجم العاملين ويزيد الهيكل التنظيمى وتوابعه من سلم رواتب وتدرجها تزيد المسئولية الملقاه علي عاتق المالية .

ولكن يدخل هنا دور للمراجعة الداخلية ما لها من صلاحيات في الرقابة واعادة ترتيب الاوراق
