From theoretical point of view, during the period of economic recession there are some business activities that might run an advanced advantages for an entrepreneur such as Food, Medicine & Services. due to couple of factors such as low rough material cost, labor cost, decrease of Inflation rates etc.
Entreprenueurs and employers to be disadvantage due to Economic recession. Entreprenuers are not willing to distribute their money to their suppliest untill get the money from customers. and customers are not ready to pay advance payment also. It is not good for smooth and mutual business
In my view recession is not happened only because any one reasons, so there are mutliple reasons
Hence in any bad situation, enterpreneurships always take very effective decisions which makes company in long run and also stay back with business and people in consistant way
An economic recession to be an advantage for entrepreneurs. Some time entrepreneurs, with long term planning, bring recession and at bottom level, they start invest/ buying thing and when target complete, they bring swift in the market. Develop market trends. When public participation (real buyer) come, they increase the value of goods. when prices increases up to certain level, entrepreneurs weeding their investment with profit before reaching to upper limit.
It will have both positive and negative impact. Economic recession will make a company to improve where they are lagging .
Like many questions the answers is... "it depends".
If you are an entrepreneur who recently started a business, there is a high chance that an economic recession will bring considerable disadvantage. Among other things this could be due to your business not yet having established sufficient loyal customers, your start-up costs putting you under financial pressure, and your (already lower than ideal) cash flow reducing further due to consumers tightening their spending habits.
If you are still looking for opportunities, an economic recession could be a huge advantage, with existing business becoming available at a lower purchase price, raw materials and even labour costs potentially reducing, and sometimes government start-up loans being more readily available (as governments try to bolster the economy) and at lower interest rates.
Having said all that, a real entrepreneur with the willingness to plan in detail can thrive at any stage in the economic cycle. In threory an entrepreneur should do better than other types of business executives during a recession, as they are willing to think outside the box.
It all depends on the perspective of each entrepreneur, and the type of business he holds.
