Must held a brief telephonic interview first and based on assessment list of candidates further can be optimized and invite candidate across the table interview if needed

Interview technique is devised by the employer that includes baseline rules applicable to all positions  and position specific requirement matrix. During interview a candidate's response to pre-drawn requirement is assessed & rated.
