The PR team is responsible for creating/improving your relationship with your customers, to help promote a positive image and reflect your values to your consumers and non consumers alike and also to do damage control in case something negative takes place and to take advantage of a situation to help promote your brand to the masses. They can reach out to your consumers more closely and give the image that you care about your customers which can result in improved brand loyalty and more viral marketing. there are many aspects of this but the above are some of the things mentioned.
It can influence the public so much to the extent that it can manipulate them. PR can choose what to say to the public and the public will react from it. If it is for the company's own good it will be reflected that way. If it is for the competition's fall, it can go that way. But not every time though.

The public opinion is dynamic as it changes from time to time in accordance with the circumstances, factors and current events that occur in the general and private public of the organization, as well as in the efforts exerted to seek to change and modify public opinion. This requires patience, perseverance, seriousness and proficiency in preparing the justifications of the other opinion. To modify or change the opinion. Hence the role of public relations in the follow-up of events and what is written or said about the organization, because the discovery of these early rumors far better than leaving them to expand and worsen until they become out of control Out of Control
There are a number of foundations, which public relations can be applied in order to convince public opinion and therefore the possibility of modifying or changing the most important of these are:
1. Knowledge: Individuals ignore any idea or point of view unless they have full knowledge of the extent of their impact on their personal needs and aspirations. Therefore, the message must include an explanation and definition of the personal benefit to the public from the idea or point of view.
2 - Movement where individuals do not accept a particular idea or point of view, unless the interpretation of how to apply, and clarify the effects on them (1)
Thus, the message must include the means of implementing the idea and the public will ignore it
3 - Trust where individuals enthusiastically accept the views of those who trust them from individuals, organizations or institutes, and therefore the personality of the idea (the man of public relations) has a great impact on the psychology of the public to accept
4 - clarity where the idea is more acceptable and convincing if it is clear to the public to be contacted, or be addressed and does not involve any ambiguity, ambiguity or conflict
5 - clarification where the proposal or idea must be clearly defined, so as not to be subject to more than one explanation or interpretation of a particular, and this requires the practitioner of public relations use words and terminology that can not be tolerated or ambiguity. In general, public relations are aimed at influencing public opinion through one or more of the following methods:
- Change or neutralize unfavorable or hostile views
- Formulation of views that have not yet been formed, or the underlying views, in a manner consistent with the interests of the Organization
- Maintain or maintain favorable views in line with the interests of the Organization
- Promote existing favorable views and increase their strength in favor of the Organization
Public relations (PR) can be difficult to define; it has a “know-it-when-I-see-it” quality to it .Yet, some claim that “The best PR is never noticed”. This creates a contradiction as to the content and nature of PR. Rather than identifying PR by its covert or overt nature, PR should be identified by its duration and purpose. Which states it is “the planned effort to influence opinion through socially responsible and acceptable performance, based on mutually satisfactory two-way communication”. Public relations, identifies PR as “modern propaganda” and similarly defines it as “a consistent, enduring effort to create or shape events to influence the relations of the public to an enterprise. Thus, PR is defined by its continuous nature, which distinguishes it from marketing and advertising, and its “two-way approach” to “influence…the public”. PR today is viewed as an activity necessary for democracy because it provides information to the public that can help people make informed decisions.
PR have evolved over the years and soon agencies wont exist. Permission marketing is still the way to reach the right customer. But knowing to use the right permission marketing tools is important to
marketable goods and services in a way that attract the interest of the public and satisfy their needs being a good influence to the public one of key to have a good relation to the public from a point of view every one have a special and unique idea which is bring you to learned how to handle when the times of difficulties and that knowledge and ability is needed the most.strong enough can be able to adjust and manage your self to stand by your words and of that you have a good courage to share experiences ability and stronge personality of all aspects
The trick is simple enough.
If you have relation with public , there are high chances that they will understand it from your point of view rather than others.
