I have a Bachelor in computer Science...And i have not any experience now.And i have not have to write in my Resume my CV is short listed what i do..?

Well, write your skills, qualities, and what you can do, if they ask you can apply it to them , you are already fresh graduates, and they knew so

I do believe that it is more than enough to mention your educational background, your talents, personal skills and qualifications as a fresh graduate. I'm sure that many Instituations are willing to hire somebody with your qualifications.

Mention your projects during education. write about your skills. Or any internships you did.It will help you.
