Extremely low levels have serious negative effects on the health.

NO not at all. 

mimnum level of body fat is rigth now 3%. if you go below than its effect more to your kreb cycle and its causes serious health problem.

It`s impossible, fat its a shield of our body especially of our organs. You  canminimize it with special programms to 4 percent. But without it, you can`t stay alive.

it's like a suicide, never ever try this it's suicide. I know one person he have 2 percent body fat and he is like skeleton but he is natural from genetics
