You have to satisfy your customer even if you have to give away things.  We are in a sort of a Monopoly market yet there are always competitors that are willing to do anything to satisfy the customer.

I will reassure the quality of my products, services, yet prices may vary.

It comes down to what are the conditions of the market. Its like trying to buy a leather jacket in the middle of summer. You can probably get the best deal possible during that time as the demand is low and unless the seller is not doing well in exports, the seller will be willing to part with the product on a lower profit margin as to keep the funds rolling. Similarly it all comes down to your market conditions. If it is very much saturated then it is obviously there is little room for concession, however, in this time a lot of factors come into play that can close the sale and respect is a big factor. Make the customer feel special, tell them as much as you would love to drop down the price further but you can't go below a certain threshold as that would incur loss to your business. Just giving your full attention to the customer and try to include some value services along with the purchase. Even on small items giving something away like a key chain will make the customer feel appreciated.

avoiding unprincipled concessions keep the customer’s respect by many ways. the better one is use the right body langauge. more than use the langauge

by knowing what the client exactly need and what the max limit of intake from client always i will defend and trust my team and as i have all the requirement clarified and got them in written so there will be no chance of having "unprincipled concessions " and whenever we have such satiation i would like to answer the customer in given communication SOP between both of us

this is very critical situation,

Unfortunately market is looking for concessions not Respect. the situation is so much worst that after winning the tender you are again asked for further discount. If you will not give discount your business competitor will do so.

The one having only one principle i.e. only Money, is not looking for respect.

so it is your choice, either to go with the customer looking for economical and respected relationship or only Money.

only faithful and loyal customer get respects and they are permanent Customer as well. rest are not your customer they are hijacker :)

Well in this case we can highlight the product attributes (Quality,Competitive edge, Warranty) or you can ask customer that this is beyond your limitations & conflicting with company policy.
