Are vision statement and career goal statement are same or different?

Career Goal Statement is for self and for some individuals and vision statement is for the Company/Organization.

الرؤيا هي الاستراتجية التى اعتمدتها الادارة للمستقبل  البعيد.   اما الهدف هو مايصبو الية اوهو المقصود الوصول الية تمامآ مستقبلآ .

Strategic vision is adopted by the administration of the distant future.As goal is Misabo the mechanism intended Aoho access fully automated in the future.

كلاهما مختلف 

فبيان الرويه يهدف إلى الإمساك بزمام جوهر المؤسسة

الهدف الوظيفى يهدف الى تطوير الوظيفه و الترقية إلى مناصب أعلى في خط الوظيفة الواحد

Vision statement is related with the Organization and focuses what the company will gain after certain period of time and where it  will stand, whereas, career goal is linked with the individual and how he/she wants to develop his/her career for reaching a particular platform after a period of time.

الهدف الوظيفي هو بؤرة النجاح التي تكون الغاية الوصول اليها

الرؤيا هي الحلم الذي تسعى لتحقيقه مستقبلاً , بمعنى ما تطمح ان تكون في المستقبل وهذا الامر يدخل في التخطيط الستراتيجي , اما الهدف الوظيفي  فهو ما يمكن ان يخطط له بخطط قصيرة الامد ويتحقق بشكل تدريجي وفقاً للرؤيا التي وضعتها لنفسك

متقاربتان ولكن الاهداف اكثر واقعية واقرب للتنفيذ  اما الرؤيا فهي تمثل المدى الابعد للاهداف
