I am not a risk assessment specialist Mr. Ha-meed, but based on what I have done before I can tell you the questions I ask during risk assessment and they are:

- What is it I am assessing?

- What are the list of tasks carried out routinely?

- What are the associated hazards/ hazardous materials?

- What could go wrong?

- What kind of structure is it?

- Who/ how-many would normally would be involved?

- What is the nature of the work, is it physical & does it require special abilities?

These are the most common questions that I would normally ask my self when conducting risk assessment.
