Hold a brief meeting to understand the real issue.

The purpose of this meeting should showcase the person’s behavior in bringing down team morale and distracting people from reaching their goals.

Guide them with proper suggestions to ease their problems irrespective of personal or professional. Give them a roadmap and let them run with it.

Suggest a follow-up meeting to review their enthusiasm and productivity.

 

Everyone works at a different pace, and while it’s no doubt frustrating when you have a team member who isn’t as ambitious as others are.

 

Avoid jumping to conclusions without proper analysis of such blocks as this could easily damage our relationships with team members. Keep calm and manage situations with ease, and keep such subordinates under vigilance.

Few steps to follow.. Be their eyes ( what and how they are looking at their objectives) Be their brain ( what challenges they are facing and what are their abilities to deal with challenges) Be themselves ( put yourself in such situation and find a solution to help them gaining the motivation and energy ) You can only motivate your team when you stand by them in both win or loss situations. Clapping on achievements and screwing on non achievement demotivate the team mostly. Talking on whats goi g in their mind will let them share their worries, once shared its your responsibility to inject a motivation cartridge in their bums ;) Thanks

firstof all I need to know why it is less motivated and ill try hard to fix the resons and make solutions for themm
