My age is 47 . I have sufficient experience in accounts field i can be able to handle independently yet i have not come up suggest how to improve?

Well, seeing your age, it might be theoretically hard for some individual like you to improve drastically. I mentioned this being theoretically as it's only based on a study that might be quite narrow. However, your desire to improve is a characteristic that you have and is useful to improve. Your curiosity and ambition are on the list as well. However, you need to be aware of other traits and tips. One of the most significant ways to improve is being organized. Stereo- typically, this would be easy for older people as they tend to dislike mess. Nevertheless, you can't put stress on yourself. Speaking about stress, another key to improvement is starting at your own pace. You shouldn't worry about being too slow. Eventually, you'll be better even if you don't notice. Personally, being creative and starting initiatives is a preferred improvement factor. However, not all people are capable of this. It is acceptable and normal if you are not the type to create and initiate. At the end, I feel that you need to see what makes you feel relaxed and satisfied
