How do you handle a employees who are working under pressure for the company & what steps will you take or implement to retain the Staff's. ?

Every individual is different, everyone has different culture and background. the cultural differences cant be changed hence managing a team with staff from different background is a complicated but possible. An understanding of how everyone in the team feels good about what they do and how to keep up the spirit is important. Not everyone feels the same about finance and recognition of work, for some the value of respect and recognition would be more than money. its basically understanding the team and wanting them to achieve and of course giving perks for what they accomplish, sometimes even a pat would do.
