A individual negative personality character which will affect the entire team
Shouting or using aggressive behavior
The main thing here is a pessimistic/negative attitude. That attitude is very contagious and it will affect the whole team and the performance on a bigger level down the road. This will create issues in the work environment and will affect day to day operations.
Negative personality of an individual can be exhibited by him in several ways, which affect the team co-ordination. These may be
1) Attitude issues - Superior or inferior attitude of the individual may break him away from the team because of his own limitations or imaginations
2) Non-cooperation - Not participating and co-operating with the team to yield the desired results
3) Communication gaps - not sharing information and participating in discussions
4) Not Sharing responsibility - lack of participation in the overall tasks
5) Insecurity traits - Having an inbuilt threat and fears related to the job and the team
6) Excessive grapevine effects - gossip, negative talks and black-painting colleagues
7) Dishonesty and integrity aspects - Not having in mind the common good and being truthful in the course of one's job
8) Negative influence - creating and influencing other co-workers in a negative manner.
