العملاء وصوتهم اهم من المبيعات بحد ذاتها لانه اذا ما حدثت خلخله في صوت العملاء ستؤدي الى زعزعة المبيعات وتراجعها

Sales today is not about pushing the product to the customer, but identifying the customers'  needs and pitching your product to address this need. Hence, continuously listening to the voice of customers is essential to understand their needs, and in planning marketing strategies to drive sales.

If you are not listening or addressing a need/ problem by providing a solution, even the best product that a company develops won't sell! So I guess the answer would be to listen, interact and address through product development before sales.

Both! You listen to your customers to increase sales, and you need to increase sales to have customers to listen to.
