Can you make decisions if the information collected is too complex and too uncertain? If yes, How?

Complex decisions are not easy and hence the information on hand has to be further analysed and break up the complex information or uncertain information to create a tailor-made solution in order to make the decision.

Sometimes it is not right to take a decision at this time so give it time and go back to it looking at it more closely and making a decision.

Decisiom under uncertainty will involve you trying to be creativity and use your intuition to see if it can ask your question and if no it is a wrong decision

It depends on the situation at hand, there are circumstances where you can make decisions after disseminating the information and analysing it to make informed decision through irrationatioal methods for instance intuition or dotmacy. However there also situations where you might be forced to propelled to abandon the complex information but resort to revisting it, "digging it up again" and coming up with relevant information to make informed decisions. No I can not... the base in decision making is to collect clear information and certain facts
