As a manager, it is your responsibility to create an environment that encourages confidence and success.

Well, you need to consider 2 things, First, you need to Lead your sales team instead of managing them. Second, You need to justify for them, their shared interests if they achieve their sales targets. Your team needs to understand and believe. Of course, there are plenty of other professional activities such as monitoring your team for their daily performance through the set KPIs and etc...
