Most of the time the sales coordinator interact with customers more than salesman

Yes . sometimes very badly it will affect salesman relationship with customer;

In my point of view, Customers need proper responses on time with great discipline manner from their suppliers. Communication should be effectively presented and never take things personal to make arguments with customers.

Listen to them with Patience and respond with high respect will help to build a good relationship

Yes, miscommunication affect the relationship between the Customer and the Salesman.  Remember Communication skills are very important in any field; if there is no clear understanding and unclear dialogues will make lot of ambiguity in daily routines which will negatively impact the company turnover.  Such thing will force to loose the existing customers and almost difficult to get any new Customers.

Yes Definitely - Any Company in common big or small is dependent on its Customers. Whereas Customers are not dependent on any of them as they have lots of options and choices to choose. So train the Sales Coordinator and make him understand - to be more flexible, Patience and to have empathy.

To a greater extent the miscommunication or arguement may negatively affect the sales coordinator's relationship with the customer but to a smaller extent it might not affect them negatively because of mainly two factors for instance the nature of the argument and the personality or character of the customer. If it is a productive, yielding and pleasant argument, diverse effects might not be realized also if the customer has a pleasant and outgoing personality, diverse effects might not be realized. Likewise miscommunication as a result of natural occurance or inevitable circumstances may not cause diverse effects but if it is unprofessional or intentional, it might cause diverse effects.
