In my point of view the below things are important aspects to increase productivity
1. Proper tools & training's
2. Setting {hygienic & fun} working environment
3. Motivating staff's with increments, complements & awards
4. With regular maintenance activity / organizing meetings
5. create new plans & objective of your targets , analysis , reason out , implement and regularize to review / change if required & monitoring progress
By making job description and duty very clear
Keeping employees motivated and well informed
Ensuring adequate training is put in place
Also ensuring the work environment is conducive
5 ways :
1. Responsibility
2. Respect
3. Revenue-sharing
4. Reward
5. Relaxation Time
I certainly feel that with adequate motivation, anyone would perform beyond expectations. Most of the time, Managers want immediate results while he new wmployee needs time to get adjusted.
Hence friendly, mentoring , motivating managers can get exemplary results.
Finally dont give targets that he himself doubt or cant achieve.
