Agreed with colleagues
The problem I have with this question is that the so-called 'unprofessionalism" of the team is based on my personal feelings, which could be subjective and unrealistic, not on any realistic yardsticks.
However, if I could establish, with realistic yardsticks, that my team is unprofessional, I will challenge them with varying tasks and call for professional training.
There was a saying that was changed for Forest Gumps, Handsome is as Handsome does. This was changed to Stupid is as Stupid does, sometimes its best to vote with your feet and find another job. In an unprofessional organisation where people have self serving interests, the power of communication and control, they hold all the cards and nothing you are going to do or say is going to change that, move on.
I will try to change the situation, if I can not, I will look for an alternative opportunity.
There are many facets to the question:
Either you are experienced or not on your career at work, it is very important to have a good relation with our colleague from both lower to the higher positions to maintained, resolved and to share each of us thoughts, concerns and suggestions where professionalism in a department or organization applied, thank you.
Its a critical situation yet I will do my best to change the situation and convince the team that we should be working for the better. I will keep on trying and at the end start looking for another position if it is useless. I will not be the one to save the planet.
first i should express /show my capabilities otherwise looking for another opportunity is the right decision as in such case may i will downgrade my career instead of upgrade it
Look for another opportunity cause bad system corrupt people
Firstly, you have to check if you are the only one who's suffering.
If the answer is YES . I'M THE ONLY ONE, so it's not the team's fault, it's yours.
If the answer is NO, WE ARE ALL SUFFERING, so there is a lake of communication between the team and the manager, and could be the manager fault.
in this case you all the team should try to adjust from the manager work attitude, if didn't response, then go for a complain.
