You can evaluate that by the following :-

1- You need to have a look to your skills , results and steps every6 months ,, if you have one single step forward in each of them it means you are on right track.

2- You need to analyse your achievements every3-5 years ,, if you have a new position or title or upgrading ,, it means you are on right track.

3- You need to have a look for your team as a manager ,, if one or more promoted or has a new title or post ,, it means you are successful manager.

The last thing and a very important issue during all that ,, you should enjoying the time inside and outside your career to stay with positive energy and maintain the success.

2-  Reviewing and Checking up Training Programs each half year

3- Watching the deliverables in a certain field compare with previous to measure the progress

4- Evaluation level of the consciousness for various matters each Quarter or half year

5- Capability the Business Development & performance in each stage of the Sales & Marketing Strategy

6- Set up Criteria for the accomplishment through definite personal tests to show volume of the production, development & progress each quarter and half year
