From my previous experience in leading a team consisting of members from various cultures. in which it was a unique opportunity which I enjoyed and I learned and gained knowledge during that task.
Due to my abilities in coordination of teams while performing their tasks in the field. I was able to create the spirit of teamwork by usage of communication methods.
Also identifying each team member strength and weakness and the gaps between the team, while the process of task distribution was another method I used to reach the target and objectives of the work plan.
The team performance developed and the skills of each individual become richer than before. by the methods of capacity building and the trainings related to their tasks. It was great when the team learned to understand the difference and accepted it.
Above all transparency in work and among the team members was one of the key methods of success in the plan. Giving my team members time and space to talk and listening to their suggestions and complains made them trust themselves and continue to work productively.

Teams are as good as the leader. A good leader can influence by example and keep the team on same page. It is a challenge but as humans we work better when we are accountable and off course trained and well communicated.
Yes I believe so. I believe culture is not a hindrance to make a good team. It just needs a good communication with each other, a deeper understanding for each culture and a proffesional mindset to aim a one specific goal which is to build a succesful team that could lead to a successful business.
