for producers its quite obvious that they should follow public health and food safety regulations . storing , transporting . serving , packaging , labeling and all other procedures must be according to local guidelines . an important issue is targeting a safe and reliable raw material provider .

for consumers they should notice production and expiry dates , and and avoid cross contamination and use fresh product when ever its possible .
