the main aim of presentation to clients is basically to achieve good business

in the process of getting:

we have to prepare the presentation which gives the strength of organisation, previous work experience, and work plan and time sheet  and at finally instant touch with the client and communication for better output.

it may can have flow charts, graphics  and other elements based on the need.
