A good customer service person, is not necessary born this way but someone who has some specific traits in his character, such as calm and relaxed .
People oriented personality may be bolder in practicing a customer service job, than those who just have the professional skills.

To be great at Customer Service one must also have innate Leadership qualities as well...
coz customer service is not just answering calls or quires...
