We are supposed to set & own up our individual vision, mission, goals, objectives or targets for our career paths & future, this is strategic planning. The above mentioned factors play a fundamental role in answering the above question for instance: Vision-where do you see yourself in the future? (entrepreneur, employee, business owner, retrenchment etc). Mission-what drives you. Goals-what do you wish to accomplish & when? Objectives & targets-what you are to achieve & when?
