In government departments ,what is the biggest obstacle you encounter and how can you overcome this problem?

In Government's there is many obstacle  i.e.,  lack of innovation, establishing and operating of internal auditing function, Incentives and rewards is not available, Assessment and appriasial system is not supportive to employee;s and Structures of centralizsed hierarachixal is not good,

to Get ride of all these obstacle organization Culture, Leadership will be according to the International Standards, Merits will be followed 

 

 

  

Approving a proposal is really dificult out of many. With good logic and argument I could overcome the issue. Besides, Govt. organization is slow in taking action.

that many pepole dont like you becase u r new at the job , and hate you, but for me i resolved that problem by my work so that i become the assistant manger withen a short time, by gaving my prev experiance to othe who dont know, and to teach others what i know, to be one of them and there is an example: the persone who dont like you make him your fiend to teach him and learn from
