What should be done for Risk Assessment and hazards identifications and OHS Legal Requirements and work instruction??s

We must conduct a meeting to discuss on preparatin of Hazard Identication and Risk Assesment document. To identify HAzard , we shall involve forntline employee as we awell as HSE personnel.  

OHS legal requirement shall be done by forming adequate procedure and peridic review shall be done to check any updation in legal 

Work instructions are prepared on basis of nature of work and accountability is distrubated to personnel to comply in manner 

You must prepare action or correction for the Risk assessment and the prevention of hazards in the workplace. You must comply with the requirement of OSH govern by the government
