thiroticaly it is less than 50 ms

based on praivious experiance SNCP has some constrains on switching spectially if part of the link is passing throug other vendor equipment , plus the manual configuration 

while the MSSP has draw back of consuming the network resources

If it is Ring Network than SNCP is preferred & in Linear Network mostly MSP is used.

less than 50ms for all . SNCP is the best protection compared to mssp.
