I am amanging the HRIS system in Americana Egypt which includes more than 12000 employess with all their transactions for 9 years now
Ideal candidate for Pay Roll is who is well aware of the organizations manpower plus has grip on processing pay roll meaning thereby finance background (if has/have)
Payroll processing involves a lot especially if you are processing payroll for more than 100 to 600 people. you make sure all date inputs for payroll are in place and have a closing date for all inputs to be in payroll department for examplle on the 10th of every month so has to give yourself time to scrutinise and input. this is important because inputs like overtime can be complex at times where employees work shifts. After processing the payroll, interim paylips should be printed and checked one by one by the processor and make necessary adjustments if any and should make sure the number of employees in that particular period is the same as what has been processed in payroll. the payslips should then be checked by the Payroll Accountant (assuming the ppayroll has been prepared by the Payroll Assistant) and then should be approved by Finance Manager. This procedure is part of controls in the management of payroll
Experince in payroll Management More than just Calculation of Basic,OT & HRA.
Undertaking the top to bottom of payroll cycle in saudi Arabia As per Saudi labour law for Both Nationals and expats.

Who has educational background of MBA Administration, HR and Finance. Also have 5 years industrial experience to manage at latest 500+ employees professionally.
Having had the past experience of having managed the monthly payroll in an organization of over 600+ employees, the knowledge of how overtimes are calculated as required by the local labor law (Kuwait Labor Law) and finally reasonably good knowledge of MS Excel conditional logical functions makes me believe that i am an Ideal candidate for this role.
